Pathetic Service!!!

Simply put Samsungs service is pathetic... a week ago I had aired my complaints and was promised that someone will contact me...to date I have not had any feedback whatsoever...I have a high end device which works pathetically and does not meet the standard of the specs. Upon booking in and servicing the device it now has other complications and just is not working properly...<br> <br> Truly Disgusted with Samsung and their service...it's no wonder people are now opting for alternate devices...
