Pathetic **** run by samsung

so long story short i dropped my phone(my bad). Main reason for purchasing sumsung phone.....(the service and free screen repair, of which Niether is there. took my phone in on monday. Today i recieved a "quote" of R2000 for a screen repair. I checked the quote and the in big letters it says 'OUT OF WARRENTY QUOTE" the phone is a week old.

I have asked this Refilwe Mahlangu ********** ***** what this is about. Still have not recieved a response. I have since sent more mails. Still with no response.

I did some investigating and i am correct that there is a screen repair avalble for the s7 but you need to register for the adh premium service( no one from telkom to samsung were able to inform me of this, even in the repair center, where i asked the consultant if the phone gets a free screen repair, the answer from the person that booked it in .... "of Course sir". Now i have tried calling all morning. THis idiot either is not at her desk or the phone drops as you get put through. I have had a look at helo peter and this isnt the first time this pathetic staff member doesnt respond but yet gets her monthly salary. Job well done......

So basically they deliberatlly didnt tell me that my phone isnt registered just to charge me R2000 so that someone can try earn their pay while they dont respond to customers and actually doing their job. Good ****.

http://www.samsung.com/za/support/ADH.html

Please note that according to your site. Which is never made public knowledge as oyu have to find this out yourself.

http://www.samsung.com/za/support/ADH.html

Latest email

"Adh provides 1 free screen replacement for s7. If you insist on charging me i will collect the phone activate the adh and then hand to back to you to fix or you can activate this and get the job done without charging me otherwise this can be taken further legally.
