Pathetic Samsung Washing Machines

I purchased a top of the range 12kg Washing Machine from Makro, thinking that Samsung is 'huge' and if there may be problems with the machine, it will be an easy fix.<br> <br> After just a year my machine starts leaking. So being under Warranty , they come out and fix the problem, being the boot rubber where the door closes. <br> <br> Few months pass by, same problem, only this time my warranty has expired. But no worries, I have a Makro Extended Warranty. Book the repair, wait a few days and Samsung phone me to tell me that the part I need is not covered by the Extended Warranty and I need to pay almost R1500 ! ! ! ! to add to this patheticness is that I will also need to wait 4 weeks for the part to arrive.<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINES !!!
