Pathetic Samsung
I bought a Samsung A35 on 30 November 2024 as they were offering promotional gifts of a smart band and earbuds. I was told that I would receive the promotional gift within 14 days as long as I registered. I did this on the day. I am still waiting on the gifts. I have mailed them, logged complaints on their website and still have not received anything. This service is just pathetic.
