Pathetic delay with "free" gift
On December 12, 2017 I claimed a "free gift" of a Gear Fit 2 Pro on a Telkom Mobile contract. To date, 5 months later the item has not been delivered!!! According to Samsung Rewards support, there was a mistake with their courier which they still haven't resolved. A delay of 5 months is pathetic! Unacceptable that I have to keep chasing for progress. Ref number for the claim is ********** 0798 .

14 May 2018, 12:49No resolution to this! Support department has sent me a proof of delivery for ANOTHER order which was delivered. Delivery of the other order has not happened.
