PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USELESS PRODUCTS! !!!!!!!!!
Two weeks after logging the second complaint with Samsung I'm still waiting for feedback from Felicia. Is there anyone out there who can give me the CEO's email address please. This matter is going on for far too long . My pleas are falling on deaf ears.
