Pathetic Customer Service
Visited the Samsung Eastgate store in Gauteng 3 weeks back, to make enquiries on a trade in of my S8. The staff at this branch is the most unfriendly I have ever come across, their technician is the worst she looks at you as if she is doing you a favor by talking to you. I will never be visiting that branch again. Head office to intervene as the service level is on a minus.
