Pathetic and unskilled staff working for Samsung.
Good day my previous complaint was never resolved .I want your head of department to go and listen to the pathetic feedback your consultant gave me and the manner in which he spoke to me.Who does not even know how your business operates. Then someone else called me saying they will look into the matter and never got back to me.End of day I want my BUDS.I want an executive to call me no one else.
