pathetic and disgusting service and useless operators

i purchased a washing machine from GAME the GLEN last year. ever since i have purchased this Samsung washing machine i have had endless problems,at least once a month do i call game the glen to get a Samsung tech to come out and see what is the problem. they have been to my place at least 10 times and yet no one wants to replace my washing machine!!! my washing machine is faulty and does not wash my clothes. Every day i call and complain and yet no one is doing anything. I am FED UP AND DISGUSTED WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE!!!! i am going today to leave my washing machine at GAME THE GLEN and i will be throwing it there and im never purchasing a SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN!!!
