21 Jan 2025, 16:31I have an S24, which is les than a year old on contract at Vodacom, I have spoken to a Samsung Support representative regarding my phone overheating one day i have actually tested the temperature which was at 47.5 degrees and need to be on charge 3 times a day I don't play games, my phone is in an environment with an aircon at 16 degrees the whole day I experienced glitches in taking pictures. The representative told me to take the phone in for repairs. I can't be without a phone for up to 21 working days as I'm not the first person to complain about this issue I asked for a loaner device to use during the assessment of mine if needed to be taken in for assessment where I got refused of such.
I even provided proof of other users who experienced the same issue on the Samsung Forums website.
I received a "Ticket number" but with no luck in anyone contacting me regards to this.
But yet this is extremely poor and bad service shame on you Samsung South Africa.
