OVERATED BRAND! CHEAP QUALITY!
I specifically purchase a samsung smart 32" a year ago, thinking that I am buying a small tv for the room but nevertheless I bought SAMSUNG THINKING IT IS THE BEST!! This TV is now cracked on its own from the inside. This is considered a thermal crack from heat (an internal failure) not impact damage. This TV is mounted on a wall therefore not able to be easily touched or knocked over. It is not the main tv and is barely used. SAMSUNG IS REFUSING TO REPAIR THIS UNDER WARRANTY.
We are moving houses soon and I was going to purchase an 80" for the new place. Definitely WILL NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG!

Technicians are trained to be rude and give assessments without seeing the TV.
Asked me for photos, then told to bring TV in for assessment at a cost of 450!
Your stupid 32" 6month old TV costs 2500 and u expect me to pay 450 for assessment and 2000 to repair your internally damaged tv?
Samsung brand is a waste of time and money.
Will not buy Samsung again and will be sure to advise all of my family and friends of my experience.
My 65" Hisense is 3 years old, my Sinotec 50" is 6 years old. Both are used daily. Still going strong!!
