Overall bad service

Took in my Samsung S5 for repairs for a damaged and cracked screen on 17-02-16.I took the option to pay a fee should my data need backing up.Upon collection,I was happy with the repairs done on my phone and my data was not affected.I needed help with resetting a secondary pin and was referred to a consultant. While waiting for my turn I witnessed a very disgruntled customer he was dealing with who was expressing his dissatisfaction with Samsung and the service.Upon my turn the very same consultant proceeded to make comments on how the previous customer complained hoping to get a freebie and how he knows his type. And that his threats to stop being a loyal customer fell on deaf ears.I was shocked to say the least.I told him I need to reset my secondary pin as I have forgotten it and he then deleted everything from my phone (factory settings). And when I told him why he did that he just shrugged his shoulders and rudely said that's a reset.Almost two years of my life was in that phone. My never to be repeated overseas vacations,my contacts and important files.I spoke to Evans and they kept my phone a day but failed to retrieve anything.I am extremely disappointed with Samsung & employee
