Over invoicing linked to false statement on product price
<p>Expressed intent to purchase a samsung galaxy tab s3 from Samsung store located in Fourways mall and was told that the product price is R11,999.00. Requested confirmation that this price was indeed the market price within Samsung stores and it was confirmed.</p> <p>A day later, a different Samsung store confirmed the actual product price to be R10,999.00. Samsung store in Fourways Mall willfully presented false information and exploited an opportunity to over charge a customer.</p>
