Over Advertise and Lie!!!!!!!!

I have never in the history of products been more disgusted at a mobile brand as I am with Samsung…. Awesome advertising n selling **** to people on the S9. I was 1 of the 1st Telkom customers to receive the phone, with their R50 voucher Telkom does not offer accessories and if they do then you can only take a cover of R1000 despite the Samsung promise and list!!!! I logged a call 3 times to Samsung to understand the process and how I can redeem my voucher!!! No reply to date……! I went yesterday as it was the last day to redeem and Telkom had no Stock there is no SAMSUNG Store in the south moved from the Glen to Mall of the south and Vanished from their as well… I am disgusted at SAMSUNG and TELKOM relationship that I never want to deal with both these stores from any over promise under deliver..... this has been the worst experience ever owing a handset and dealing with a Service provider that doesn’t give 2 hoots about the consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the voucher is now expired and I cant do nothing about it!
