Over 50 days and not resolved

Over 50 days now and still not resolved. Waiting on their superiors for answers is all i get. What must i do to get my faulty washing machine replaced ? Easy way out is to tell me i dropped the washing machine and you wont cover that. My friends at Samsung, if you apoint technicians that actually know what they are doing they would have seen that the exact same dents from the inside out on the left, right and front of the machine is caused by drum damage. If you drop something the dent wil be from the outside in. The technician hardly looked at this machine and was clearly not lus to be here. He never even tipped the machine over to look at the clear damage (sc****d) inside cause by the drum. Makro where i bought it from actually laughed at the technicians report after looking at it themselves. Any fool can see what happened to this machine. Samsung, send me a technician that knows what he's doing so i can have this machine replaced that i paid alot of money for.
