Outlet pipe to high

<p>I bought a brand new Samsung washing machine and have it installed at home. The first two washes it worked great but from the third wash it start giving me an error code 4C. Looking at the manual I fixed everything it said, even got a plumber out to check our water pressure. On the 4th day I phoned Hirshes (where I bought the machine) and they promised me a new machine as it is less than 7 days old. On the day the machine is due to arrive a VERY rude lady from Samsung phones to tell me that my outlet pipe from the machine is to high and that only SHE can promise me a new machine.... REALLY Simphiwe Mgani, who are you, the manual shows the outlet hose shows the height to be 90-100cm and on the trouble shooting list for 4C it doesn't say ANYTHING about the outlet hose being a problem. So tired of bad service and shocking attitudes!!!!!</p>
