Ordered Tablet - 50 days later - NO STOCK

Good Day<br> <br> I would like to start of by saying that I am a loyal Samsung supporter. I own a Samsung phone, Monitor and TV. <br> <br> Then I ordered the Galaxy Note 10.1 from MTN in Newcastle and my contract was approved. <br> <br> MTN told me it will take 1 week to get the tablet. <br> <br> I went to Druban and bought the original cover for the tablet from the Samsung store in Pavilion for R750. I disposed of the slip as they told me accessories are non-refundable.<br> <br> I also ordered a memory card and screen protector from Takealot for a combined R400 (hopefully they will accept the return and credit it to me).<br> <br> Weeks went by and no tablet.<br> <br> I then went to Durban and checked with all the MTN stores and they all told me that they are waiting for stock.<br> <br> The MTN store in Pavilion even had a Samsung desk, and they told me that they don't even know why MTN doesn't have stock of the tablet.<br> <br> It took 50 days before MTN told me that they will not be getting stock again. 50 DAYS<br> <br> How long does it take to inform a major company that you will no longer be supplying them with a device?<br> <br> I am now R750 down and without a tablet.<br> <br> All I ask is for you to take the cover back and give me back my money.<br> <br> Awaiting a response!!
