OMO auto promotion a *****!

To whom it may concern

I recently bought the Samsung washer/dryer combo from Dionwired. The salesman managed to convince me to buy the washing machine which was slightly out of my price range but i thought was worth it with the 3 months free OMO auto promotion. I had sent all my details as required and did get a response from Patsy that this was mailed via the post office. This was on 11 August. On the 30th of August i emailed again and was given the answer that it was posted and nothing can be done as they rely on the Post office which she admits is very unreliable. Really Samsung? You promise your customers a promotion to convince them to buy and are too cheap to use a courier service. Up till now i have not received anything. I dont even believe this was mailed to me. Starting to believe this promotion to be **********. I am very unimpressed that no one can solve this problem. Promo was set to end at the end of October. Would be appreciated if someone can reply and send me my voucher through a reputable courier service.
