NX300 Camera

I have bought trusted Samsung products for many years. Washing Machines to Smart TV's to all my Cell Phones. All exceptional......... until I purchased a NX300 Camera. It has been as still is problematic since purchase. Is Samsung prepared to help a very loyal customer by replacing my Camera?
