This is just to say, Romeo and Mbali at the Samsung store in Rosebank's The Zone are service champions! Here are two people who welcome you into the store with warmth, happily show you the products and answer any related questions. They are smart, knowledgeable and conduct themselves as brand ambassadors than salespeople. We were very happy to go back to them and buy a fridge, which they delivered on the same day. Mbali even phoned to find out if the fridge was delivered, whether we had any after-sales question and to wish us well! Romeo and Mbali are deserving of higher positions in Samsung. They are definitely the type of employees the brand needs.
