Note20 Samsung free 32' TV promotion.
Upon getting the Note 20 5G i was informed that I there is a voucher and free 32" television promotion. I claimed the promotional codes and kept on sending documents to *** about TV license, IMEI numbers, proof of purchase after that was the response I received from samsung after emailing and phoning... (also noting I added all the other docs on the promotional site when I claimed the TV) After asking them if they have all the documents no customer feedback ... Order still on ready status on the website and though I understand delivery can take 6 - 8 weeks I'd just like to know if all is in order and I can expect the TV and what week. Order was made on the 11 November and we are sitting on week 5 now ...
