Note 5 repaired and after complaint have to pay for repair

I am very disappointed with the service from samsung regarding my Samsung note 5 I sent in to repair. The phone's screen lifted up on the right hand top corner and also the home button made a bubble that is visible and it is also starting to lift up. Keep in minde the phone is still under warranty. I sent the phone in at Mall of the north samsung store and about a week later received a message with the following "The repair to your Samsung SM-N920CZKAXFV is now completed and it is ready for collection from ANDREW M COMM."

Now I went to the samsung store to fetch the phone and when I arrived at 18:12 the guy who works with the phones was not there they said he went home. The stores operation time is till 19:00.
The next day a samsung employee called to ask if I am satisfied with the repair and did I get my phone back and I told him no and complained that I cant get my phone because I work till 18:00 so the guy who has to give me my phone doesn't work at that time and actually no one at the Samsung store could help me because all the people who actually work there and know what they are doing whent home and there was only one lady and she said she can't help me. He then said he will take it up with samsung why the guy wasn't at work.

The next day I received this text stating "Hi, your screen has liquid inside and it wont be covered under the ADH repair anymore, the quote to replace the screen is R2 117.88, please" after they told me my phone is repaired!!!
How the hell is it possible it looks like the complaint I made towards this guy is affected the repairs because the phone was fixed and ready for collection now its not fixed and I must pay for something that is not my fault. There is no way that phone has liquid inside it because the glass is lifting up from the screen its the glue thats not holding the glass to the screen and also how is it that the home button is doing the exactly the same thing as the screen. I am not stupid samsung I know how phone works and how a screen works I am not going to be ****med to pay for this. If it was liquid damage you would have seen water and condensation inside the screen between the glass and screen.

And I tried numerous times to call them but no one is answering. I need a answer from samsung why is there service so bad and there staff is being unfair towards there clients.
