Note 5 = Good software but pathetic quality

I had a note 3 for two and a half years, it was a awesome phone, i fell inlove with the note and decided to upgrade. i went to cell c to upgrade and asked them for the note 5, it was expensive (very expensive) and i had a look at other options like the huawei mate 7, there was a huge price difference but eventually i decided i have to go with the brand i know, as my TV, washing machine, fridge and tablet is all samsung, i i would pay more just because i know and love and trust my brand. but after 1 day i had the note 5, it fell approximately 20cm and my screen broke, after 1 day, 1 fall. as you all know, your cell will fall 3000 times in your life time, but now samsung is offering only 1 screen replacement instead of 2 with the note 3, and i have to use it after 1 freaken day, where i had the note 3, it fell alot and it never broke! whats happing? its suppose to be this amazing strong glass. im really disappointed and i hope you guys will assist me without taking away my 1 free screen repair as you guys have helped me in the past with my washing machine and everything.<br> <br> please dont let me be disappointed in the brand i have been supporting since day 1
