Note 20 Ultra TV Promotion ****

I claimed for my free Samsung 32inch HD TV in January as part of the Note 20 Ultra promotion and have not yet gotten any feedback with regards to dispatching for delivery. I called in numerous times and was told it will be escalated to the relevant department or either I would receive an email or SMS to confirm the delivery but nothing has happened ever since the 6-8 weeks waiting period has passed. I'm starting to believe these promotions are a ****. Customer service comes back with a new excuse each time.
