note 20 tv promotion
i bouhght a galaxy note 20 in October 2020 and the promotion stated i would get a free tv which i have called many times in about and no consultant could assist me with the problem. i am still waiting for the tv in question and samsung cancelled the order already its been that long i have all my mails on record and proof of purchase and imeis but no one can assist me this. it is terrible service and i will never purchase a samsung again. please tell me how i can get my t.v.
