Note 20 Promo
Been waiting for 8 months for air buds from Note 20 promo. Have given countless calls to Samsung only to be answered by people who have no capability of solving problems and can only 'escalate' the problem. Whoever the problem has been escalated to is clearly not doing their job. I have been promised call backs, with 0% return to date. This is undeniably the worst after sale service I have received in my life.
