Not very helpful or attentive at all.

My dishwasher which is on warranty broke, so I called a repairman. They came and identified the problem and claimed to fix it, but then it ended up leaking again. I have tried to get someone to come over to check it out again since it is STILL broken, but I am getting no responses or feedback. They need to step up their game. I paid extra when I bought that piece of junk over and above the cost price for the machine so that I could get assistance if the thing breaks but I hear next to nothing.

Update 05/03/2022 I will give them an extra star because their customer service is alright. They are not doing anything at the moment, but they are nice at the very least. The dishwasher has been broken for over a month though. I have been waiting FOREVER.
