Not impressed by SAMSUMG give away promotion !!

I bought my two SAMSUNG products at Game ,N1 CITY and was immediately attracted to the R4000 gift vouchers. The two products were purchased by myself and my wife. Since the first week in December we have been struggling since call centre agents are either not able to see product/serial nrs or giving me incorrect information about what they want. Added to that repsonses to emails are so slow. I managed to get through to one agent on 21 Jan as the another agent response was that she (Warda Stringer) throught that my redemption form did not match my ID. This is incorrect as i did send in the forms with ID copies on 10 Jan which further delayed the process. Up to now only myself have received the redeemable voucher but my wife has not. I demand that this matter is rectified and that my wife receives her voucher via her phone sms as the end of the month is approaching Justin Engelbrecht
