Not impressed

<p>We bought a Samsung fridge in December 2014. We have complained about the knocking noise it has been making since then, a Samsung technician was sent to check it out and he said that it was because our place was small so we could hear more, he said that it would stop over time. We have been hearing noises forever and a day! We have now moved into a big house and can still hear the fridge all the way from our main bedroom! All of our appliances are Samsung and we have had no problems except for this fridge! It's ridiculous. I want this sorted out ASAP! </p>
