Not honouring 24 month Warrentee
The glass on my Samsung Gear 2 smart watch has lifted a little without my knowing it, and so a little water came underneath the glass seemingly when I washed my hands or the dishes. The watch still works perfectly and there is no electrical damage. I took the watch to the Samsung repair centre in Menlyn Shopping centre Pretoria. They first informed me water damage is not covered by the warrentee. I showed it not to be true and pointed out that the pamflet says the watch may be submerged to depths less than 1m for no longer than 30min, thus water damage from washing my hands should be covered. Then he told me the watch is a assesory and only had a 12 month warrentee. However the Warrentee Card that came with the watch clearly states: \Modules
