Not happy with samsung

Well what can i say samsung does not delivering what they say to do samsung note 20 ultra tv promo Ive proceeded to purchase the new Samsung Note 20 Ultra, end of September 2020, a promotion whas Running at that time a 32' Samsung TV was supposed to be sent to me within 6-8 working weeks from purchase..ive proceed all documents that they were asking for got a mail after 4 weeks stating that my documents doesnt match etc ive resend the document stating my imei nr on the phone aswell as on the vodacom papers then after 2 months i get the folowimg email 09/10/2020 Thank you, We have received your Samsung 32" HD TV request. Your order reference number is: 3657Y2TJ7 since then ive Heard nothing from them until 22/02/2021 4 months later!!!!!! Realy With the following mail Good day Christopher Congratulations on your claim of the 32” HD TV One final step before delivery. We require the following documents: - ID Copy Regards Samsung Verify Team ive Send them again a copy of my ID AGAIN!!! AND ASKED FOR A TIME FRAME But Untill today 04/03/2021 ive had no reply from them since day 1 ive had issues with this phone such as the screen that doesnt work with the Spen certain spots on the screen is just dead and have no reaction with the S pen I would truly not advise anyone to buy Samsung products, And ive bought samsung products my whole life aswell as for my company members but this will stop as the promotions given along with it, causes so much stress and anger on our (the customer's) side...with Samsung only showing a no-care-attitude!!!! I realy hope this gets resolved
