not fixing phones under warrenty

To everyone out there with a galaxy be warned samsung has put out a new law if your phone as any small chips or cracks they will not fix ur phone . I went to roodepoort samsung to have my s4 speaker replaced and they refused to help me I then contact the head office and they took over a week to get me a answer as to why they won't repair a phone that is still under warrenty I spoke to slyvester and after to many emails and 200 rand of airtime trying to get a answer I finally get told .NO they not fixing my phone as well so this will be the last time I ever buy a samsung and I urge all of you to be careful samsungs customer service is pathetic for answer .. So long s4 hello blackberry my next post will be on twitter and many more until everyone knows the bad service they give out and when u want to speak to some i charge they also can not help .
