Not answering the telephone

I have tried contacting the store numerous times during the day,<br> since Monday.<br> the phone just rings and no one tends to answer the phone.<br> I am disgusted to be on the call for 5mins and the phone just rings.<br> Doesn't it sound odd that they don't want to answer the phone or what?<br> All of a sudden after whole day of calling someone picked up today,<br> I asked to speak to the manager ,and his not available which he suppose to get back to me on Monday,<br> How can you offer such service??<br>
