nonservice centre?

I logged a complaint here in late december and received ref <br> ***, I took my ultrabook in as required but the centre wasnt expecting it, so it was checked in, I received the job card but couldnt send it to the person I was contacted by before, so I logged another complaint here with the ref and job card no, only to receive an email from zaservice requesting the job card no again which I sent through, but received an email today saying that they didnt hear from me and to call again if I had an issue, so for the 3rd time the job card no 166252, when will I receive feedback?<br>
