NON RESPONSIVE
If you treasure your sanity DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG ONLINE!! Aftersales service is nonexistent. I have been trying to get them to check my faulty aircon unit for 2 months now and nothing. Spoken to multiple people all waste of time!!!
