Non existing customer service and false advertising
Wish there was a minus rating. I am also waiting for a response from Samsung South Africa regarding my claim for the free watch and buds promo. I see that I am not alone in my quest. Seems like false advertising to me. Also spent about two hours worth of airtime waiting for their customer service department to answer their phone and no, they never did answer .........
