Non existent promotions department, promotional buds and watch have not arrived. 35
Absolutely shocking customer service. My dad and I both got Galaxy phones and claimed the free buds and watch advertised. Weeks later, and having called the call center who proceed to give us multiple numbers that either don't exist or just ring, we are nowhere nearer to finding out what's going on.
