Non existent communication
Almost 2 months ago I requested to return an external monitor I bought and a representative said they will get back to me about the process. But since then have never heard from Samsung again regarding this issue! So the communication is shocking. I will never order something on their website again, in case I want to return it or need product support. Very disappointed.
