Noisy washing machine - Bad / Inefficient reporting systems
Good day Team
I have repeatedly tried to report this matter to Samsung but are frustrated, without any resolution to my problem. Please ask the Executives to test their reporting systems to experience the inefficiencies and frustrations we as clients must suffer
See paper trail below, posted about 2 months ago without luck.
Please note that on 28 Feb 2021 I bought a Samsung Eco Bubble Model WW80J5555FX , product code 05PT5ESN800482F washing machine from your Game Store. I have been using the machine ever since, however I think that the washing and the spinning action is too noisy and vigorous , as if the machine is not properly stable
I would like one of your technicians to come assess our machine asap
