No travel voucher

I have been given the runaround by clueless consultant at MTN whom told me to find the reference number for the cruise voucher in Samsung rewards under burn. I did not find it there. Finally getting a number from MTN to call Samsung. They told me registration had closed on 31/12/2017. But she would check with her manager if it would be possible to register.. After thinking about this ... They Samsung did not populate my S8+ with the reference number for the cruise voucher in Samsung rewards....So they are at fault and should do the right thing by allowing me to register at this stage...
