No Service Provided

I wrote a review on the 28 January, to which Samsung responded with a reference number ********** 224. It is the 7 February and NO attempt in contacting me whatsoever. I'm not in the country therefore my cell number is not working. However, if they really tried calling me and did not get hold of me, they could have responded to my review as they did by giving me a reference number or they could have emailed me. Clearly they just don't care. I can't comprehend that a large international brand such as Samsung provides non-existent service. I've lost count of all the negative reviews I've written. Pull up your socks and get your act together.
