No service, let alone poor service from the customer call center

No service, let alone poor service from the customer call center. A specific problem with a product I have been promised more than once I will get feedback but the people at the call center simply does not phone you back, so you start the process again with another empty promise. Shocking service. Surely not giving any confidence in buying a Samsung product again...... Still waiting after 2 months and 3 calls
