No service from Samsung, the Grove, Pretoria

Samsung watch was faulty, called the number on their website, no one answers then goes dead. Drove 60KL to the Grove, Pretoria, only to be told that the technician was off on a Tuesday and was told to come back tomorrow. Complained to manager, who could not care less. That's service for you. Absolutely disgusting. Will never purchase a Samsung product again
