Was never rectified or helped. Was phoned once, never got feedback or closure.

Till now I have +- phoned the tygervalley store around 10 times (where they actually answered) and still no phone.

FOR A SIMPLE ****** BACK GLASS THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! not a screen, or anything delicate, a ****** back cover. Rocket science apparently

I cannot believe service can be this terrible.
