No Service At all!

My phone was 'repaired' at Samsung Roodepoort. The face has lifted, cracked and leaked. Because of the bad service last time I was given an extra year's guarrantee. Byt no-one at the service center will go online to my details and access it! And I have phoned head office but the people ther will only give me the general information and nothing pertaining to my phone. And I have put a request for help here but I have had no response to that either. Last time the lady was on two week's leave but that was about a month ago so surely she is not on leave again?? I really would like some help!

I find it a sad situation that your people are not qualified to deal with anything else but the norm (and even that is questionable). I placed complaints here and other sites in an effort to get some help. Eventually Nqobile called me and asked me to return to the Samsung no-care center. I did this reluctantly, as the last time I was there I was sent away to make all of the calls regarding my issue myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I was seen and the offending phone was taken to the back for assessment. With the outcome that it was a defec in the product. Thank goodness! But why could that have not happened when I made my initial visit? Training or something seems to be sadly lacking.
