NO SERVICE

My husbands cell phone "under warranty" wouldn't charge. To cut a long story short after numerous trips to the Nandi Drive Branch he was told he would receive a replacement, This was due on the 3rd January. Despite endless follow ups and e-mails to which no one responds he still has no phone but is having to pay for his contract with MTN.
