no service

I called to report that my Samsung washing machines bin was broken. I was told someone would come out the following day to repair it - no one came. I called the next day and was told the complaint was escalated and someone would call me shortly - no one called. I called end of the day to enquire and was then told I must give them 24 hours to respond. This service is pathetic and no follow ups are made from Samsungs side. I have a new born baby and need to wash clothes daily but am unable to due to no service.
