No Service

I live in Heidelberg Gauteng. My wife purchased a Samsung refrigerator in Boksburg. All went well until February last year. The fridge compartment does not want to cool foods. The freezer compartment works fine. I made calls to Samsung on numerous occasions to get service center numbers to come out and repair fridge. Every service center i called said they do not service my Area. Today I was told by Samsung they cannot do anything about this. I must take the fridge to a service center (authorized or non authorized service center it does not matter) in Johannesburg myself. I really think This is really poor service from Samsung.
