No Samsung gift as promised when buying new cellphone.
I purchased a new Samsung cellphone at MTN because it came with a free watch and headphones on Black Friday 2024. I was told that the gift would arrive in 3 weeks from Samsung. I am still waiting. I receive no replies to my emails, just pathetic. The last time I ever buy a Samsung.

03 Mar 2025, 11:27What amazing service. The issue has been logged more than a month ago and I still have not received my items like I was supposed to. Absolutely pathetic. As a business you need to honour your promises and promotions. Pathetic and dishonest. I demand that Samsung send me my items that I am entitled to otherwise I will be taken this matter further. I would not have bought the device if it were not for the promotional items.
