No Samsung Buds
I upgraded my phone to the A31 and was supposed to receive Samsung Buds. I have been on Samsung Members and cannot find anywhere to redeem the Buds. Now seeing other people complain about about the same thing. There were no end dates or quantities stated during the upgrade process.
